Exploration For All This Saturday
Thanks to Safeco Insurance, we’re proud to present Exploration For All: Autism Early Open on Saturday, 8-10 a.m. We soften audio and visual stimulation and offer great programs and activities. We’re thrilled positive local and national response has started a dialogue about accessibility programs across the country.
Science Of Spirits Oct. 15
At Science of Spirits, explore the chemistry and physics behind distilling alcohol. Differentiate between whiskey, scotch and bourbon and learn why oak barrels aren’t just for aging wine. Meet Our Young Axolotls
Axolotls (amphibian salamanders) are critically endangered in the wild, and we’ve made a home for two of the youngsters at Pacific Science Center. Visit Babbitty, an albino with fluttery pink-white tail, and dark handsome Simpkin, whose fluffy gills resemble regalia. Here’s how we chose such healthy animals.
