Thanksgiving is closer than you think- Only  6 weeks away!
NEW for Thanksgiving 2015 we’ve added delicious sides, accompaniments, seasonings and fixings.  Its gonna be the greatest Thanksgiving yet!

Cranberry-Apple Sauce, Brussels Sprouts, Bacon & Potato Gratin, Maple Glazed Carrots and Parsnips, Roasted Delicata Squash with Fresh Thyme, Potato & Celery Root Mash, Herbed Compound Butter, Bundle of Aromatics, The Turkey Rub, DFM Brine Kit, Chris’ Giblet Gravy, The Farmstand Stuffing Kit
Fresh Turkey! Our turkeys, like all of our poultry, come from Amish Farms in Lancaster, PA.  The birds are brought to Goffle Rd Poultry Farm in Wyckoff, NJ and slaughtered for us each morning to ensure freshness and quality.  Barn-raised (cage free) without the use of hormones or antibiotics and fed a purely vegetarian diet, you won’t think twice about ditching frozen supermarket turkeys ever again.

Smoked Turkey! Back by popular demand, we’re offering a fully-cooked, smoked turkey!  The same freshly killed, Amish-Raised turkeys are dry-brined for 24 hours with our special rub, and smoked over apple and cherry woods.   We’re thrilled to bring you the Best Smoked Turkey On The Planet!  Check out our features in NY Magazine & NY Times.

Add-Ons and & Other Options:
Farmstand Stuffing Kit ($30) – Everything you need to make delicious, homemade stuffing for 10-12 people is included. The kit has stock, caramelized onions, cubed, crusty bread (from our neighbors at Amy’s Bread, of course!) and our classic sage sausage. It even comes with foolproof instructions for quick assembly and cooking.

Chef Chris’ Giblet Gravy ($20) – One quart of classic turkey gravy (enough for 10-12 servings) made from scratch by Chef Dave right here in our kitchen. Our gravy is rich, smooth and – best of all – done before the bird even goes in the oven.

Heritage Ham ($16.50/lb) – Our traditional Heritage Hams are a classic, city-style, boneless ham. Brined for seven days and smoked for twenty hours with hickory and applewood. Moist and tender, with perfectly balanced salty, sweet, and smoky flavors. Excellent for slow roasting and applying your favorite glaze.

Cranberry-Apple Sauce ($20) – A chunky mix of tart apples and fresh cranberries stewed in port wine and orange juice with a hint of winter spice.
Brussels Sprouts, Bacon & Potato Gratin ($30) – Roasted Brussels sprouts are tossed with our house-made bacon, topped with a sweet potato puree and bread crumbs then baked.  Simply re-heat in the oven and serve!
Maple Glazed Carrots and Parsnips ($30) – Oven roasted carrots and parsnips caramelized with NY State maple syrup and finished with butter and fresh parsley.  Simply re-heat in the oven and serve!

Roasted Delicata Squash with Fresh Thyme ($30) – Rounds of delicata squashed roasted until crispy and golden in olive oil and fresh thyme.  Simply re-heat in the oven and serve!

Potato & Celery Root Mash ($30) – Yukon gold potatoes and celery root simmered until tender and then pureed with sweet butter and milk.  Simply re-heat in the oven and serve!

Herbed Compound Butter ($15) – Cultured butter blended with thyme, rosemary, sage along with a touch of garlic and lemon zest.  Rub on your Turkey to add flavor and crisp up the skin.  Take your simply roasted bird to the next level.

Bundle of Aromatics ($12) – A neat little bundle of lemon, orange, thyme, sage & garlic cloves tied up in cheesecloth.  Pop into the cavity of your turkey to enhance the flavor and add juiciness. Take your simply roasted bird to the next level!

The Turkey Rub ($7) – Dickson’s classic poultry rub (paprika, thyme, marjoram, black pepper), with added fall spices (Shhhh.  Its sage.  Don’t tell anyone). Take your simply roasted bird to the next level! 

DFM Brine Kit ($10) – Dickson’s classic poultry brine recipe just dissolve in hot water, chill and add your bird. Take your simply roasted bird to the next level!
