Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp is now bi-coastal. Today we are opening in Santa Monica! 

I couldn’t be more excited to announce that Paul, our Star Trainer, is heading up our Santa Monica location. Paul knows how to transform a body in record time, while being a superb guide, motivator, and nutrition expert. You’re in the best hands with Paul if you’re ripe for change. 

We are offering our new butt-kickers a special deal: $15 for your first class. Or, take advantage of our unlimited month of class for only $159. 

Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp started in 2008 in New York City. It quickly became famous for its landmark location, the Brooklyn Bridge and its challenging workout program. With the big promise of changing your body within 5 workouts and burning at least 800 calories per class, it has become the go-to workout for busy New Yorkers who want quick results.
Fast forward to 2015 and Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp is launching in Los Angeles in Santa Monica Palisades Park. Paul Curiale, a native Brooklyn expat and Master Trainer, is hitting the ground running with his intense, fun and challenging group boot camp classes.

Sweeping views of the Pacific aren’t the only thing that’ll keep your heart pumping. Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp is a traveling mix of strength, cardio, and body weight training. We stop intermittently along the park’s most scenic locations to work every single muscle in your body. Expect to see a changed body in 5 sessions: flatter abs, defined arms, leaner legs and a lifted butt. Our resistance bands are a portable butt-kicking device that challenge your muscles through all planes of motion. Unlike dumbbells, they fire up your muscles rapidly, creating a lean, strong and defined physique.
 As stated by LA’s Head Butt-Kicker Paul Curiale  “It’s a common misconception that bands are for the faint of heart. Our resistance bands offer a much more functional training approach resulting in greater calorie burn, fat burning, and a stronger, more balanced physique.” Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp offers a first-timer deal for $15, but to see the promised results, the unlimited month packages are ideal. Clients who want to see rapid transformations can take advantage of the same nutrition and detox programs that help create lean, healthy and fit bodies in New York City. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Ex Instructor, experimental Biohacker and Corrective Exercise junkie Paul’s fitness roots date back to my (rather ‘spirited’) youth.
“My fitness story is a little different. I did not grow up an athlete or extravert. In fact quite the opposite..My mother owned a local fitness studio, BodyFit, Inc-She was a pioneer in personal training as a Science and an Art. Being a rather ‘spirited’ kid, Mom’s gym became my haven. She was able to stylize the science behind the sweat…introducing me to a whole new way of connecting with people. I just didn’t know it yet. …Over time life got busy, I had my head in other places  and I moved on. Unfortunately my mom passed away in 2010.As a part of my healing process I immersed myself in the world of personal fitness:   Intense training…injuries… unlearning…racing…re connecting……  repairing and rebuilding. It was amazing how much she had managed to teach me (despite the above).  And the more I trained and immersed myself into this world – the closer I was to her.
Balance.  Certifications… more balance…  more experience…and finally emerging with a sense of Method and Purpose.
Fitness is so more than a career for me, it’s a way for me to honor my past, present and future. -a  purpose.
A few years ago, I added Boot Camp to my training regimen. What an amazing difference this has been for me. Not only has Boot Camp helped me to reignite my passion for creative fitness, but I am now surrounded by like minded professionals and individuals. The synergy is amazing.I also feel “foundationally strong” – something I have always wanted to achieve.Being a part of Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp has taken me to a whole new level of fitness and enthusiasm – something I am looking forward to sharing with myclients.”
