Greetings! 

I’m so pumped about this gorgeous weather and enjoy every minute outdoors. Yesterday I did the GranFondo, a 100-mile bike race up to Bear Mountain and back. It was the longest ride of my life. I cannot encourage you enough to do something that is WAY outside your comfort zone. It really helps you look at yourself in a different light. Cheers!

These five butt-kicking ladies did just that yesterday (I’m not referring to the beer drinking…): 

Congrats to Tammy, Vera, Isabelle, Suzanne and Eileen for doing the World Trade Center Stair Climb yesterday. They climbed 180 flights! You are amazing ladies!
