Inspiration of the month: 
What does a Slim & Strong Winner eat? 

My February Slim & Strong participants did very well. Lea won the month for having lost the most body fat and gaining the most muscle.There are people who lost a lost more weight, but if they lost a lot of muscle, they actually slowed their metabolism, which isn’t the ultimate goal of Slim & Strong, so the winner is always based on most muscle gained, most fat lost.
Here are her stats:
Weight loss: 2.4 lbs
Fat loss: 5 lbs (fat loss is different from weight loss as fat loss is what changes your body permanently. Weight loss could be due to water loss, muscle loss, emptying of your bowels or fat. You wouldn’t know unless you measured inches and body fat)
Body fat loss: 2.2%
Inches lost: 4.5 inches
This was Lea’s first month and while she really struggled through the first few workouts, she made it her mission to complete 10 full body push ups without stopping, which she managed to do. But she didn’t stop there. She also cleaned up her diet remarkable. Here’s her food diary:
Breakfast: 
Egg White Vegetable Omelette (Trader Joe’s fire roasted peppers and onions, handful of broccoli floret, jalepeno peppers, handful of mustard greens, turnip greens, spinach, and collard greens, 8oz liquid egg white beaters) with avocado.
