Greetings!
With major changes to our studio, schedule we are staying in touch to provide you
with the latest update on our status and studio offerings.
Right now we are busy setting up the next phase of SloBody so eventually you will
have even more access and flexibility to taking our classes…online! The next
couple months will be filled with days and nights of producing content in preparation
for the release of our new website and launch of our online offerings.

It is quite an undertaking and absolutely necessary for us to shift from the teaching
schedule we had operated for the past three years. We need to focus our time and
energy into developing our company as we are both excited and humbled by the actual
size and scope of this project.
That being said, we will continue to offer classes, workshops and intensives. For
example, a new 6-week intensive will begin March 25th. Scroll down for details
of what’s being offered at the studio.
And, March 8th is the start of a 1-month Intensive at the Washington Athletic Club.
