NINKASI BREWING TASTING
TOMORROW 1/27 FROM 5-8PM!
is back and they’ve got a brand spanking new ale called ReNewAle! It’s an Irish-style
red ale meant to say fairwell to winter and hello to spring! Come on by tomorrow
(1/27) from 5-8pm (last call at 7:45pm) to sample this new beer and 4 other Ninkasi
pint glass!

1. ReNewAle-A New Year a New Beer! Each year Renewale will be something new and
special to enjoy while winter runs its course. For 2011 we brewed a delicious Irish-style
red ale that’s smooth and refined with a hint of toasted malt and a clean finish.
A great beer for a new year, cheers! 5.2% ABV and 40 IBUs.

2. Total Domination- Multiple hops collide in balanced perfection, dominating the
senses, achieving total satisfaction. From the Pacific Northwest, birthplace of
the modern IPA, comes a beer whose name says it all. 6.7% ABV and 65 IBUs.

3. Tricerahops- Tricerahops is double everything you already love in an IPA. More
hops, more malt body and a higher gravity define this Double India Pale Ale. Fiercely
flavorful, guaranteed to satisfy. 8.8% ABV and 100 IBUs.

4. Believer Double Red Ale- Brewed and dedicated to the believers of Ninkasi. Rich
dark malt complexity is balanced by a plentiful hop presence bringing together perfection
in every sip. Who knew believing had so many rewards? 6.9% ABV and 60 IBUs.

5. Oatis Oatmeal Stout- A rich complex Oatmeal Stout with just enough hops to balance
the copious quantities of dark roasted malts, and the addition of oatmeal for a
creamy smooth drinkability. 7.2% ABV and 50 IBUs.

Tasting fee is $4. Last call is at 7:45pm.
