It’s that time of year again. In March and September each year we create a new
schedule that lasts approximately six months. I’ve been taking informal votes and
receiving lobbys for class times that you need. Please feel free to ask or lobby
for a favorite class time/teacher/class type.
We are very excited about taking a group to Hawaii for the Maui Yoga Retreat. A
yoga retreat is a necessary immersion in yoga, meditation, and centering deeper.
Deep clarity can be hastened with this process. If you’ve been wavering on this
decision, join us, you won’t be sorry. (Plus Kathleen is cooking all week!) Give
us a call or ask when you stop in for your next class.

Gentle Yoga Workshop

Center yourself in stillness while you are led through a gentle/restorative yoga
practice with Anne Basco followed by Yoga NIdra (a guided meditation practice)
with Joyce Vopni and the vocal and musical stylings of Liz Hinrichs. Deepen your
relaxation, don’t miss out!

Yoga For Athletes

Sunday, February 27th, 1:00-3:00 pm

YogaPrevents Injury: A regular yoga practice challenges the body to find ease and
comfort in its fullest range of motion through flexibility, balance, and alignment.Yoga
Increases Stamina: Developing the breath is central to yoga practice. Shallow,
incorrect breathing leads to fatigue.Yoga Improves Focus: Relaxation and meditation
quiet the mind; a calm mind can focus and block out distractions.

Healthy Bones: Yoga with Weights

Support your spine, strengthen, and stretch. This class utilizes light weights
in order to deepen both strength and stretch generated by yoga practice. This yoga
class deepens the weight bearing benefits of yoga on the bones.

Tuesdays 6:15 am-7:30 am (Anne)

Wednesdays 4:30 pm-5:45 pm (Anne)
