Thanks to all of our attendees and vendors that came from all over the world to help make this the most SPECTACULAR Spring World Natural Hair, Health and Beauty Show Weekend EVER! Friday Night Natural Hair Party Affair co-hosted by R&B Sensation Chrisette Michele! The weekend kicked off on Friday night with our Official Pre Party at the Natural Hair Party Affair. Hundreds of attendees came out to party and celebrate with us! 35,000 attendees who came to shop, shop, shop Saturday and Sunday! On Saturday and Sunday we had over 35,000 attendees who came to shop! There were over 200 national and international exhibitors. Some SOLD OUT of merchandise the first day and had to replenish for Sunday. Also, we had over 30 exciting professional and consumer workshops. The exhibit hall was filled with excitement surrounding our NEW Social Circle streaming live to over 18 countries and the Book Nook pavilion showcasing several new top authors and their books. We also had exciting competitions, The Big Chop or Not and live performances on the main stage. Sunday performance by R&B singer Tank! On Sunday, we closed out the show with a concert performance by R&B singer Tank! We would like to thank Tank for a fabulous performance. Tank wowed the audience by performing some hits from the past and performing songs from his newly released CD “This Is How I Feel.” The new CD is now available in stores Saturday night we crowned our 2013 World’s Next Top Natural Hair Model Winner Saturday night was the Natural Hair Crowning Affair co-hosted by actress Kimberly Elise and comedian Bone Hampton. It was an elegant event where we crowned our 2013 World’s Next Top Natural Hair Model winner “Jessica Williams.” It truly was a spectacular spring show! And now we are getting ready for our Fabulous Fall Show. SAVE THE DATE! The Fall World Natural Hair, Health and Beauty Show will be October 6-7, 2012 at the Georgia International Convention Center in College Park, GA.
